If you're new to Pilates or have any specific weaknesses (back, knees, shoulders or neck for example) a 1-2-1 session is a great way to begin.

I can either see you at your home (depending on the space you have available) or in Stubbington. We will go through the basic movements and principles including any particularly beneficial to your individual requirements and I can teach you some stretches that you can make use of straight away.

During the 1-2-1 session(s) you can ask as many questions as you wish, and I will assess your progress and advise you on any modifications as we go along.

On booking more than one session I will prepare a personal Pilates Programme for you to use at home (discounts are available on booking more than one session, please contact me for more details or prices).
