About The Weekend The 2012 Hampshire Pilates & Spa Weekend will be held from 20-22 April at the Chilworth Manor Hotel & Spa. Along with the Pilates matwork and ball sessions during the weekend, there will be an Aerobic & Body Sculpting Class on both days and two half-hour beauty treatments.

The Hotel Nestled in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, Chilworth Manor is an impressive Edwardian manor house set in 12 acres of beautiful gardens. The period character is clearly evident from the moment you enter the hotel through its heavy oak front doors into its Galleried Main Hall where you can relax in elegant surroundings. |

The price of The weekend includes: • Accommodation for 2 nights (based on 2 people sharing a twin room). • All Classes & use of the Spa, pool and gym facilities. • Three Course evening meal on Friday & Saturday. • Breakfast and a light lunch on Saturday & Sunday. • Two half hour Spa treatments, choose from: Revitalizing Facial Comfort Touch; Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage; Luxury Face, Neck and Scalp Massage and a File and Polish Manicure or Pedicure.
