If you’re new to Pilates or have any specific weaknesses (back, knees, shoulders or neck for example) a 1-2-1 session is a great way to begin.
We will go through the basic movements and principles including any particularly beneficial to your individual requirements and I can teach you some stretches that you can make use of straight away.
During the 1-2-1 session(s) you can ask as many questions as you wish, and I will assess your progress and advise you on any modifications as we go along.
On booking more than one session I will prepare a personal Pilates Programme for you to use at home (discounts are available on booking more than one session, please contact Julie for more details or prices).
